In a heavy based skillet
or frying pan place your ghee turn the heat up to high, as it starts to heat up add the seeds.
Wait until they start turni
ng golden and the mustard seeds will start to pop.
Then add your chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for at least 10 minutes on a medium heat stirring gently, until they have become translucent.
Next add the ginger and tomatoes. Stir in the rest of the powdered spices and let simmer for another 5-10 minutes!
Let rest then add to a clean air-tight jar or use immediately in one of my yummy recipes!
