I had the pleasure of giving a free to talk the other day to a very interested and interactive group up in Tweed Heads. I wanted to high light some of the key information that I covered on the night.

We all have desires for our health and well-being! So that we can be the dynamic, creative and innovative beings that we are!

More energy

Better Digestion

Increased focus and concentration

These are just a few and why do we want these things in our life? So that we can have ;

More fulfilling relationships ( whether that’s friends, family, work, or even with yourself)

A lot of us are faced with challenges to achieving our optimum health, they might be:

Stress

Tiredness or exhaustion

Confusion as to what to do? Too many fad diets and so much conflicting information out there!

Poor immunity and prone to illnesses

Lack of exercise or doing the wrong kind of exercise for your constitution

That’s when awareness comes in, by becoming aware of our individual constitution we can better discern what is the right foods, the appropriate exercise and the positive habits we need to adapt to our lifestyle.

This is when we move from the DEPLETION PARADIGM TO THE REPLENISHING PARADIGM

Where we start to improve our circulation of energy, food, air, water ( LIFEFORCE< PRANA< CHI)

Through a concerted effort in being in tune with nature and our own true nature!
